The Spring Auction is an online auction and social evening to raise money for Whitchurch Pre-School.

Online bidding starts from 12pm on Thursday 5th May and concludes on Thursday 26th March at 9pm during an event at The Ferryboat in Whitchurch.

All bidding will be done through the auction of promises website. You do not have to attend the event on 26th May to participate but it will be more fun! If someone makes an increase on your bid, you will be notified and given a 5 min window to increase your bid.

During the event on 26th March, as well as pizza and deals on prosecco, you will be able to make some last minute bids, be in with the chance of winning some great prizes and we will also announce the successful winners of each lot! Don’t forget to claim your free tickets on our website.

All successful bidders will be contacted directly after the event to make arrangements for receiving and paying for their item.

We have over 30 lots to auction, some big and others small and hopefully they appeal to a range of tastes! There should be something for everyone - keep your eyes peeled as we add more lots over the coming days!

All money raised from the Auction will go to the renovation and future-proofing of the Pre-school building. As time goes on, the building’s mounting repair bills and inefficiencies require us to invest to ensure the longevity of the setting. As a charity, work like this can only happen with fundraising money from our supportive community.
