Hygge in the early years

Hygge.JPG

Our pre-school environment and teaching has been inspired by HYGGE - the Danish way of living bringing more joy, warmth and comfort to the early years setting.

The lovely Marie recently completed this accredited course bringing a wealth of professional knowledge and development tips to inspire the everyday teaching at our pre-school. This culture encourages love, kindness, nurturing and self care.

We have created this ethos in our inside and outside spaces - incorporating more natural wood to set up cosy and nurturing provision that aims to improve behaviour.
